This economic offer refers to a set of two buildings of new construction destined to hotel management and catering business in a rural environment, more precisely at "Mas de los Pastores", a recently repaired and improved village, next to the province of Castellón (C. Valenciana).

We can access to it through the high-way Sagunto-Somport, as it is 60km away from Sagunto and 81km from Valencia, this is around 40 to 50 minutes by car.

The altitude is 860m above sea level, and the place enjoys a dry-Mediterranean climate.

The philosophy of the design of both buildings is to suit the widest possible range of clients; this way we find the Hotel in the urban area, with its front façade facing towards the main square, and the back façade facing a private garden. It contains 21 rooms, a cafeteria, a dinning room, a reception hall, and a kitchen, as well as two wide lounges which look out from the back façade to the private garden area.

This halls are destined to be used during all the week, being useful for social events or training courses offered by the companies to their present and future workers.
The total surface of the hotel is 1140 m2; it is to be acquired totally furnished and with curtains, equipped kitchens, telephonic office, security system, P.A. System, independent music system in each of the common areas, heating system of gas-boilers of general circuit, as well as refrigeration system in the common areas.

The "social building" is near the road; it faces the garden area and swimming pool on the ground floor, and is behind of the semi-basement. It contains 5 double rooms for personnel, an apartment for the person in charge of the management, two store rooms, the laundry room, and 5 rooms for clients on the last floor (700m2 in total).

The principal floor contains two big halls (a dinning room and a living room), a kitchen, a reception hall, and an office for the company in charge of outdoor activities, such as ridding at the area provided next to the building, trips on quad and mountain bike, and hiking.

Both buildings work together to provide a good service, both to the tourists, the trippers, and the residents of the village.
